I’m Ayoolumi, known as A.Y. – The CEO’s Mindset — a visionary entrepreneur, data and AI professional, and business design thinker.
Born in Ilutitun, Ondo State, Nigeria, and now based in Scotland, I transform ideas, struggles, and data into strategies that drive growth and global impact. With a Master’s in AI, I blend coding, business analytics, and leadership to help businesses and communities thrive.
I believe true success begins with mindset — and through faith, vision, and action, I aim to turn village dreams into global impact, and struggles into CEO strengths.

I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and leadership. With a background rooted in data analysis, AI development, business analytics, and systems design, I help organizations turn data into actionable insights and sustainable growth strategies.
My journey began in Nigeria, where I honed resilience and problem-solving skills through real-life challenges. Today, as a Master’s degree holder in Artificial Intelligence based in Scotland, I apply these skills to both business and community development, combining coding, design thinking, and strategic leadership.
