SOMETHING ABOUT ME
I’m Ayoolumi Melehon, born in Ilutitun, Ondo State, Nigeria, and now based in Scotland. I am completing my MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Stirling (Sept 2025), where my research focuses on modelling human behaviour from data and developing AI-driven solutions for complex real-world challenges.
Alongside my academic background, I have over two years of hands-on healthcare experience in the UK, working across palliative care, elderly care, and disability services. This frontline exposure to patient needs has shaped my ambition to apply AI, data science, and business analytics to healthcare systems — improving patient outcomes, personalising medicine, and supporting decision-making for clinicians and policymakers.
Looking ahead, my goal is to bridge the gap between AI research and practical healthcare innovation. I plan to advance into a PhD in AI for Healthcare/Health Informatics, focusing on how data-driven models can power precision medicine, digital health interventions

My journey began in Nigeria, where I honed resilience and problem-solving skills through real-life challenges. Today, as a Master’s degree holder in Artificial Intelligence based in Scotland, I apply these skills to both business and community development, combining coding, design thinking, and strategic leadership.
